Prices
Our prices are stated in euros. For payments in another currency, we use the exchange rate of the transaction day. In some cases, an amount in a foreign currency can count as a limited time promotional offer.
A1 - Dutch for beginners 1

You are NOT required to take this exam if you are a national of an EU / EEA country, Australia, Canada, Japan, Monaco, New Zealand, Vatican City, United Kingdom, United States of America, South Korea or Switzerland.
• We focus on the exam and daily language use.
Option 2
• For people who are planning to travel to Belgium, want to settle there and / or want to work there.

First come, first served. Once a course is fully booked, we will refer you to a course on another date. Students who have already been in the Netherlands or Belgium or speak a little Dutch can sometimes enter a course that is already in progress (if there are still places available).

This course is a continuation of the basic course 'Dutch for beginners 1'.
Option 1
● Preparation for the civic integration exam in one of the exam centers in the Netherlands. You need to pass for the 4 language skills: listening, reading, speaking and writing. On request we also can help you for the culture part (KNM).
● We focus on the exam and daily language use.
Option 2
● You don't need to take the A2 civic integration test, but you want to improve your Dutch for living, working or socializing in the Netherlands or Belgium.
● We focus on daily language use.

Test yourself before making a reservation for your exam in the Dutch Embassy.
We test the 3 parts:
- KNS (Knowledge of the Dutch Society)
- speaking
- reading
You get random questions, same amount as in the real exam.
Book this trial exam at least 1 week before you want to take it.
The result of this test is no guarantee that you will pass the real exam. But it can give you an idea if you are ready or not, and if you are, you will go with more confidence to the embassy.

What can you expect from our courses?

● The language of instruction is English. Vocabulary lists from Dutch directly to other languages are available. People of every nationality can participate in our courses. Only basic knowledge of English is required. Also for our Filipino students we are able to translate most of the Dutch vocabulary directly to Filipino language.
● The students also get homework.
Unlike other schools we only accept small groups. While learning and practicing a new language students constantly need the personal feedback from a qualified teacher. This is impossible in large groups. We absolutely don't treat you as a number!
