► Airport pick-up service

 

Some students coming from abroad or the far provinces may not be familiar in the big and crowded city of Manila. We can fetch them at NAIA Terminal 1, 2 or 3 and bring them over to the place where they have reserved a room. Only the taxi fares back and forth must be paid by the student

If you want us to fetch you at the airport, then pls. select this service in the enrolment form and provide us the right information about your flight.

Other people than our students who like to make use of this service need to pay both a service fee and the taxi fares back and forth.

► Assistance in finding a room

 

We can help to find a room for our students who want to stay near by the school. Depending on availability, there are cheap bed spacers and slightly more expensive larger rooms, all within walking distance. This service (assistance) is free for those who have booked a course.

► Documents assistance

 

If you are in the Netherlands or Belgium, or you want to spend your holiday in the Philippines more useful and relaxed, or you just don't have the time, we can:

- apply for your documents in the NSO;

- assist you with the legalization of your documents in the DFA (Red Ribbon);

- assist you with the legalization of your documents in the Dutch or Belgian Embassy. Take note that we need a copy of your passport, an authorization letter and in some cases Special Power of Attorney.

Be aware that the number of working hours is high. Our fixed price for our services includes per office: time and costs for transport and appointments for submitting and releasing your documents. Not included: what the offices charge for your documents.

PRICE FOR OUR SERVICE PER OFFICE: €100 + €5 PER DOCUMENT/OFFICE

► Translations Dutch - English - Filipino (Tagalog and Bisaya)

 

We accept translation work of non-official documents that must not be legalized (English-Dutch / Dutch-English). Depending on the number of words and complexity we make an agreement about the price and delivery date.

For legalized translations of your documents we refer you to Remely Majan, our Filipino business partner and sworn translator in Belgium.

► Surprise your loved one on any celebration

 

If your partner is following a classroom course with us and she just celebrates her birthday, we can surprise her by a present on your request. A bucket of flowers with roses and tulips, a cake or anything else that is hard to send from the Netherlands or Belgium. You suggest what we need to buy and the amount you want to spend, then transfer that amount to our account and add €15 for our service. We provide the receipts and some pictures of the articles we had to buy.
